Shake before use. Apply liberally onto clean, dry skin and rub in evenly 20 minutes prior to sun exposure. Reapply every 1-2 hours, also after swimming,exercise,excessive perspiration or towel drying. 
Care For Me
Even when protected, avoid prolonged exposure to the sun. Wear protective clothing a hat,sunglasses & use sufficient sunscreen for all unprotected areas. Store below 30 degrees.
